Already during the pre-series phase, we work for a wide range of automotive manufacturers and their suppliers, positioning ourselves as a reliable and competent partner in series monitoring as well. Using state-of-the-art laboratory equipment and testing tools, we document the quality status and the interaction of various joining techniques with regard to strength, quality characteristics, alignment and positioning. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Strength Testing Technician (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Cutting, separating and deburring test specimens from assemblies according to customer specifications (strength testing)
- Additional technical tasks, including:
- Locating, labeling, separating and sorting joining connections according to customer specifications
- Customer-specific compression and tensile tests
- Customer-specific ultrasonic testing
- Customer-specific adhesive testing on various assemblies
- Sample preparation in the testing laboratory as well as digitizing and measuring samples
- Close cooperation with the workshop, laboratory and measurement departments
Your profile:
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally as a strength testing technician
- Confident handling of calipers, angle grinders, band saws, pneumatic chisels, etc.
- Forklift license desirable
- MS Office skills desirable
- Responsible and reliable working style
- Ability to work independently, high level of motivation and team spirit
- Commitment and dedication
